Do you have a walk-in store (to view, try on or purchase your products), instead of ordering online?

We don’t have a walk-in store, unfortunately. The quickest and easiest way to view all our products and their prices is to use our website. Our website is always up to date on current products and their prices, and if any items are out of stock in our warehouse, the website will also reflect them as “Out of Stock” in red. If you want to proceed with a purchase, you can easily add products you want to your cart, choose a payment option (Credit Card, EFT or Cash on Collection) and you can select to have the goods either delivered to you (via our couriers) or for you to collect them from our warehouse in Johannesburg. If you select delivery, just input the delivery address and the street/postal code and our website will accurately and immediately calculate the shipping costs and add it to the total for your order.

 

How do I place an order with this online store?

Ordering online with us is easy, fast and safe. When on our website you can purchase as an unregitered guest or you can register or log in as a registered user  (i.e. log in and then order).

Then, select the items you’re looking for and add them to your cart (“Add to Cart”). If any items are out of stock in our warehouse, the website will also reflect them as “Out of Stock” in red. Once you’ve added all the items you’d like to your cart, go to “Check Out” and it will reflect the total amount of the order. If you’re happy to go ahead with the order, you can then proceed and select a payment option (either Credit Card, EFT or Cash on Collection), and you can select to have the goods either delivered to you (via our couriers) or for you to collect them from our warehouse in Johannesburg.

Once an order has been processed, you'll receive an email stating your order has been received and if you chose to have the goods delivered, you'll also receive a shipment email notifying you of delivery details. 

 

How can I get a quote before ordering?

If you require a formal quote, please email us on [email protected]. Please note that this option shoudl only be used if a formal quote is required: clients like schools, universities, companies, etc., might require quotes before placing orders.

What payment methods are available on this online store?

The following payment methods are available:

  1. We accept payments from credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinners Club International and JCB).
  2. You can also pay via PayD and SID.
  3. We also accept payment through Mobicred via VCS.
  4. You can also do an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). With this payment method you must ensure the proof of payment is emailed to [email protected] in order for us to confirm the cleared payment. Please ensure you use the correct reference for your order, given to you at the. Note: EFT payments may take up to three business days to clear, and only once cleared will your our be processed for dispatch.
  5. You can pay COD (Cash on Delivery). With this payment method you would be required to come to our offices in Johannesburg to make the payment. We have an onsite credit card machine. Cash payments will also be accepted, however we DO NOT accept cash payments for amounts over R5, 000.00.

Why won't my credit card payment not go through?

Often difficulties processing card payments are due to 3D-Secure (MasterCard's product is called "SecureCode" and Visa's product is called "Verified by Visa"). It is a new method of security mandated by the Card Associations to enhance the security of online transactions. If you are having this problem it is most likely because your card is not registered and you will need to contact your bank to register your card.

Our payment system provider is compliant and in fact was the first South African payment gateway to be certified by both MasterCard and Visa for 3D-Secure transactions through First National Bank, Standard Bank and ABSA.

 

How can I see the delivery cost of my order, before placing the order? 

The quickest way to get a price on delivery is to select the product(s) you want and add them your cart. Then select to have the goods delivered to you at Check Out, input your delivery address and the street/postal code (if you encounter any errors, simply check your postal code on our list here) – our website will accurately and immediately calculate the shipping costs (based on total order shipping weight and exact delivery location) and it will add it to the total cost for your order. I've entered the correct postal/street code for my area, but I still get a postal/street code error at checkout?

The reason could be because the area code you are using (which is probably correct) is not on our street code list supplied by our shipping partners. They supply us a ‘comprehensive’ list, which we have to use, and sometimes it may be slightly different to what you would use. Please check your postal code on our list here and once you input the code our website will accurately and immediately calculate the shipping costs (based on total order shipping weight and exact delivery location) and it will add it to the total cost for your order.

 

I cannot add items to my cart. It takes me to the cart, but says the cart is empty?

Please ensure cookies are enabled on your web browser. The software we use to provide the website functionality uses a cookie that contains a SessionID to connect the various pages on our site together. If you do not enable cookies we cannot identify you once you have completed entry of your cardholder details to be able to continue the process.

Are cookies a security risk?

No. Our commerce system encrypts all cookies. Additionally, the cookie contains no personal information, just a unique identifier for our system to recognise your browser.

 

I'd like to pay with multiple credits cards, how can I go do that?

The easiest way to do that is to purchase a Gift Voucher to the value you’d like to process on your card(s), use the other card to pay for the balance of the amount of the order and just add the Gift Voucher code(s) to your order during the payment process.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery times can't be guaranteed, however, depending on the size of your order (weight/dimensions) and your location, it may take three to five business days after your payment has been received and cleared and your order approved for dispatch.

 

How do I use a coupon code or Gift Voucher code?

Once you add your item(s) to your cart and you go through to the checkout point of your order you will see a section to enter your code. Ensure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalisation as shown. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the cart (applicable for specials and promotions), a discount will not be applied.

 

How do I exchange something I bought if it is the wrong size or is faulty?
