Description
This sizing chart applies to male and female athletes. Measure the circumference of your waist in CM crossing over your navel. Select a powerlifting belt using the size guide and chart below based on this measurement. If your measurement overlaps two sizes, we recommend that you select the larger size. The measurements below are based on the first and last buckle hole in each size. There are eight buckle holes each approximately 2,5cm apart, providing you with flexibility in size and a comfortable secure fit during training and competition.
