REBEL Power Rack Muscle Up Station and Front Foot Extension

The REBEL Power Rack Muscle Up Station is a versatile training accessory for the REBEL Power Rack that is sturdy, quick and easy to install. The Muscle Up Station is perfect for an athlete wanting to develop bodyweight based gymnastics and callisthenics strength and skill in a vertical plane including pull-ups, chin-ups, muscle-ups and more. The crossbar can be mounted at four different heights moving further from the rig with each change. Gymnastics rings can also be hung from the crossbar providing more movement possibilities.

The Front Foot Extensions are attachments that are attached to the base of the REBEL Power Rack for any exercise done outside of the rack. The attachments offer additional rig stability and safety when the REBEL Power Rack has not been bolted down.
