The REBEL Strongman bags are a heavy duty sandbag. Strongman Sandbags are available in nine sizes, with max fill capacities of 35kg, 45kg, 70kg, 90kg, 100kg, 120kg, 140kg, 160kg and 180kg. Each Strongman bag has a built-in filler bag with an additional zipper and velcro closure, ensuring filler material stays fully contained as you workout.

Please Note: The zipper protection flap is not designed to be a handle. Using the flap to pull the loaded bag may result in damage to the stitching. REBEL Strongman bag are able to withstand drops, but they are not designed to be slammed.

For practicality and reduced shipping costs, the sandbags are sold unfilled. We recommend sourcing sand locally from any hardware store, such as Builders Warehouse, or a nearby sand supplier. Simply place the bag on a scale, open it, and pour in sand until the desired weight is reached. Distribute the fill evenly before sealing to maintain balance and performance.
