Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product/s to us and we will either exchange, replace, or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Rebel Elite Fitness CC.


General warranty – Exchanges/Replacements/Refunds

We offer a limited 6 (six)-month warranty for all Rebel Elite Fitness CC products. Goods purchased from Rebel Elite Fitness CC can be returned for an exchange or replacement within the 6 (six)-month warranty period should you need to swap the purchased product for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available. If such a variation is not available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product or refund you if that is your preference.

Product specific limited warranties:

Concept2 products

Concept2 Indoor Rowers, SkiErgs and BikeErgs are backed by a limited two year and five year warranty from the date of purchase from Concept2. Dreissigacker Racing oars are covered under a limited two year warranty. Refer to the following documents for full warranty details for Concept2 products.

REBEL Cyclone Bike, Hurricane Bike 2.o
The frame and all other parts and components of the Product shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, when the Product is used as recommended by REBEL Elite Fitness under normal uses and conditions.

REBEL Speed Mill
The frame of the Product shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. All other parts and components of the Product shall be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase when the Product is used as recommended by REBEL Elite Fitness under normal uses and conditions.


Products on promotion or clearance sales

This does NOT relate to products sold on promotion or during a clearance sale. No exchanges, refunds, or returns are available for clearance sale products, unless stipulated.


Damaged, incorrect or missing goods

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts/accessories at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving your delivery.

Collection of the product will be arranged at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and the return has been validated we will, at your choice, replace the product (if such a replacement is possible and provided we have stock of the same item purchased) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product or arrange a refund, should that be your preference.


Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products supplied to you are of a high quality and sold without defects and are in good working order at the time of purchase. If the purchased product has been used according to the correct product usage guidelines and is still within our 6 (six)-month warranty period, the necessary arrangements will be made for a replacement (with the same or similar product) or we will credit your account accordingly.

The following will not be regarded as defects and will not qualify as a return:

  • Faults or damage as a result of normal and acceptable wear and tear;
  • Faults or damage as a result of incorrect or improper use;
  • Failure to adequately care for the product;
  • Faults or damage owing to unauthorized alterations.

To ensure such a request is processed as swiftly as possible you are responsible for the following:

  • All goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes packaging. All products will be inspected on return.
  • Prior to returning an item, a Returns Form must be completed. Our Return Forms can be filled out via the online form on our Contact Us Page, or you can email [email protected] for assistance.
  • Once a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) is received you may arrange for the goods to be returned.
  • You are responsible for the return of the product. This includes the organising and payment of the courier and courier fee, unless otherwise prearranged.
  • Upon receipt of the returned goods and confirmation that the inspection was carried out, we will arrange for a replacement (with the same or similar product) or credit your account accordingly.

Vouchers & Coupons

There are 2 (two) types of Coupons: a Coupon with a fixed discount, e.g. R100 off (“Fixed Coupon”), and a Coupon with a percentage discount, e.g. 10% off (“Percentage Coupon”).

Fixed Coupon 

  • Where a Fixed Coupon has been used to pay for an order, and the order (or part thereof) is later cancelled by you or Rebel Elite Fitness CC prior to delivery of the relevant product(s), or a return is logged for one or more products for a credit in accordance with this Policy, the value of the Fixed Coupon will be deducted from the purchase price of the cancelled or returned product(s) and a credit will be passed for the balance to your account or a refund, if that is your preference.
  • Should you wish, you can use the credit sum passed for the purchase of a Fixed Coupon for the same value as the original Fixed Coupon used.
  • Rebel Elite Fitness CC may in its sole discretion impose restrictions on the use of the Fixed Coupon.

Percentage Coupon

  • Where a Percentage Coupon has been used to pay for an order, and the order (or part thereof) is later cancelled by you or Rebel Elite Fitness CC prior to delivery of the relevant product(s), or a return is logged for one or more products for a credit in accordance with this Policy, the value of the discount received using the Percentage Coupon will be deducted from the purchase price of the cancelled or returned product(s) and a credit will be passed for the balance to your account or a refund, if that is your preference.
  • Should you wish you can use the credit sum passed for the purchase of a Fixed Coupon.
  • Rebel Elite Fitness CC may in its sole discretion impose restrictions on the use of the Fixed Coupon.

Should you have used a Voucher to purchase a product that you later return for a refund in accordance with this Policy, the refund for that portion of the purchase price that you paid will be credited to your account. No refund will be paid in cash.


Charges

When a product is returned to us and not all the accessories sold with the product forms part of this return, we are entitled to refuse the return and only to replace the item that was returned, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund in respect of the returned product.

If a product is returned that doesn’t comply with the mentioned policy, liability for the reimbursement of the cost of collecting and delivering back to the sender will fall with the sender.


Incorrect Product(s) Delivered

In the event of an incorrect product delivered to you, you must notify us within 24 (twenty four) hours of such delivery by logging a return on the website or you may email [email protected] for assistance.

The collection of the incorrect product delivered will be arranged at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated the return, the delivery of the correct product will be arranged as soon as possible (if the correct product is available) or credit will be passed to your account or a refund, if that is your preference.
